How do I print my voucher and redeem the offer?

Once the deal closes, you’ll be able to print your voucher from your “My Account” page and redeem it at the business. Instructions and a map to the business are included on each voucher. You can always go back to your “My Account” page to see your entire purchase history. If you lose a voucher, a ninja steals it, or your dog eats it, you can always print it again as long as it hasn’t been redeemed.



If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No. Unless otherwise stated, you will not receive credit or cash back for any unused portion of a voucher.



What if there's a problem with, or I want to return, my order?

All sales are final. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact the business first. If you still require assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of the close of the deal. Requests made after 48 hours cannot be processed due to the limited timeframe of the deals.



Am I billed as soon as I join Groupigg?

Nope. It's free to become a member of Groupigg. When you see a deal you like, buy it. We'll charge your card later that day, at which point your voucher will also be ready to be printed.



I bought a deal but I did not receive an email. Now what?

It's fairly common for spam filters to block confirmation emails. You can always log into "My Account" to access your entire purchase history and print your vouchers. Simply log in as though you were to buy a deal, and you will see "My Account" appear in the menu.



Is my personal info safe?

Yes. We wouldn’t have it any other way. We take the security of your personal information very seriously and utilize 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your credit card information. Today’s deal looks awesome. I want it. Now what?

Just click "Buy Now" before the offer ends. Once the deal closes, we'll charge your card and send you a link to print your deal.



What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.



Does the deal have to be used the same day I buy it?

Nope. Each of our deals has an expiration date (listed on the deal page before you buy), but you never have to use them on the date of purchase. Most have a 6 to 12 month expiration date.



Alright, I bought a deal. Now, how do I use it?

First, wait for the offer to end. You’ll receive an email  saying your deal is ready to be used. Either click on the link in the email to print your deal voucher, or sign into your account at groupigg.com. Click on "My Account" at the top of the page. Print your deal voucher and follow the redemption instructions.



I bought a deal yesterday, but I’ve been told my credit card was declined. Now what?

Occasionally, we’ll have a problem processing your credit card. It could just be a typo, or a number that was incorrectly entered. We give you 5 days to fix the problem, so you don’t miss out on the deal. You will receive an email the day after your purchase alerting you to update your credit card number.



Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?

Yes. Our deals are transferable and can be gifted in a number of ways! You can have the deal directly emailed to the recipient at the time of purchase or later on by going to your account and clicking on “My Groupigg.” You can also print it out and give it like a traditional certificate.



How can I feature my business on Groupigg?

Contact the advertising department of our media publisher in your area.  If there is no Groupigg publisher in your area, contact your favorite news source and tell them to add the Groupigg advantage to their current product offering.
